Product End of Service Information

Minimizing impact to customers

When Omnicell announces End of Life (EOL) for a product, we take steps to minimize the impact to our customers. In addition to continuing to provide service for a period of time after the announcement, we offer our customers a migration path to new and improved product offerings. However, at a predetermined date, Omnicell will stop servicing EOL products; this date is known as the End of Service (EOS) date. Any contract commitments that extend beyond the EOS effective date will be honored. Please see the chart below to help plan now for known EOS dates.

Omnicell will work with you to assess your equipment replacement needs, discussing various options and defining a solution that balances both your clinical and budgetary needs. To learn more about our replacement/upgrade programs, contact your Omnicell sales representative. If you need help locating your representative, please contact us at (800) 850-6664 or at info@omnicell.com.
